Our room had a stunning view of the nearby beach, which made up for the musty, smoky smell that permeated the room. the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to dietary restrictions for the breakfast and dinner buffets. the outdoor hot spring tub was a nice touch.
The hotel's accessibility was an issue, with multiple flights of stairs needed to access certain areas of the hotel, including the restaurant and some guest rooms.

During our Christmas stay at the hotel, the staff took great care of us, offering special gluten-free meals and catering to our needs. The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach just a few steps away, and a scenic hiking trail nearby. We also loved the variety of options at the buffet breakfast, which included local specialties and classic breakfast items.
The hotel had some aspects that could be problematic for some guests. There were various levels of stairs to navigate, which could be difficult for those with mobility issues.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the views from our room were fantastic. The breakfast had a good variety of options and we especially enjoyed the hot spring tub. Parking was easy and the location was great for exploring the village.

Great staff, attentive and caring. Delicious gluten-free meals. Beautiful view of Kobama Beach. Convenient location for outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, and cycling.
